Join the KuWiFi Wi-Fi network and open the sign-in notification. If it does not appear, open connect.kuwifi.co.zw in your browser. Enter your voucher under “I have a voucher”, then tap Connect to Wi-Fi.

Enter your mobile number and tap Continue to packages. Compare the price, data allowance, validity and speed. Check the fair usage policy (FUP) before confirming your choice.

Select a package and follow the PesePay checkout instructions. Complete any confirmation requested by your payment provider. Keep your payment reference until your voucher appears.

Tap Continue to my vouchers and enter the same mobile number you used to buy your package. Find your voucher in the available history and use it to connect.

Check My vouchers using the mobile number used at checkout. A pending payment may still be processing. If you were charged and cannot find a voucher, contact Customer Care with your number and payment reference before paying again.

Tap Claim / Connect and follow the daily free-data claim instructions. Nyom Nyom provides 100 MB per day, subject to the daily allowance and eligibility checks.

Your package may have reached its FUP threshold. For packages that include continued access at a restricted speed, you can keep browsing until the voucher expires. Check your package details for its limits.

Yes. Open Donations, enter your chosen positive amount, then complete the existing PesePay checkout. Currency precision and payment-provider limits still apply.
